So there is a need to bring more improvements in its audio features. While making audio calls sometimes I experience that voice breaks that irritates the participants too much. Skype has many good features but this product has few weaknesses that may be improved.
So simply this is the best product and I highly recommend it for use. I use this product for many hours for audio calls without any break.
This is the best product for audio video calls for limited number of participants. This product is well customized and well integrated with other applications. All the features including chat features work very well.
Most of the times i have to present my campus performance to my seniors so i use screen sharing and file sharing features also. I use skype for one to one audio and video calls with my seniors and most of the times i use it for conference calls. Skype is a wonderful audio video software and better than many similar products.
